Marie is a very patient and motivating teacher, especially with beginners like myself. The classes are small, friendly and unintimidating. Recommend her class for everyone but especially if you're just unsure if yoga is suitable for you. Her teaching is very easy to understand what the techniques are and why they are used

I can highly recommend yoga with Marie. She offers varied and interesting classes which are suitable for complete beginners like me but also challenge those with more yoga experience. Her calm and patient teaching technique instills confidence and improvements in flexibility and balance (my goals) have been quickly felt. I love the lesson statistics which Marie sends out after each lesson summarising what we've done and the extra information she shares in the group.

Marie is the most welcoming and relaxed teacher I have ever practiced yoga with. Her lessons are always varied and she is happy to suggest lesser or harder holds depending on individual flexibility levels so it is a class you will feel relaxed in no matter how stiff you may be! Most of all her classes are fun, so you won’t be disappointed.

Following a break from yoga of about 8 months I attended a very enjoyable first class with Marie on Saturday. I felt very rusty and a little anxious about attending but those feelings completely disappeared once I arrived. Marie is a very open and welcoming teacher, and the lesson she put together contained both movement and strong poses and stretches. Throughout the class Marie’s confident explanation of how to get to each final pose was patient and calm and I think the whole class felt a sense of achievement at the end. I will definitely be attending another class and I would recommend anyone else new or a regular at yoga to try one of her classes
